My Story
Once again I will be joining the Susan G Komen More Than Pink Walk. This year is bitter sweet because I can no longer say I am a SURVIVOR. This year, I walk as LIVING WITH METASTATIC BREAST CANCER. I was blessed to have discovered the lump in my lymph node, I caught it quickly and the cancer has not spread to anywhere else in my body. Hopefully, with the treatment of PARP inhibitors, I will have many years to come and be able to see these two, and my other two granddaughters, graduate from High School, get married, start careers, and bless me with great-grandchildren.
