Hello I’m Kathryn!  I’m a cancer survivor and my focus is on thriving.  I am here to share how my personal health journey was profoundly impacted by mind + body connection practices of meditation, mindfulness, and yoga. Being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019 changed my world in ways I would have never imagined.  Focused on one step at a time, I leaned into tools I had learned while practicing yoga.  Including skills of breathwork, staying in the present moment, mindfulness, and the mind + body connection.  This practice offered mental and emotional resilience and the physical practice kept my body strong. These skills of mental, emotional, and physical resilience are available to all of us and my passion is to share them.  

Last year I had the incredible honor to be part of the opening warm up for the walk sharing the symbolism of the lotus and its resilience. This year I am honored to be invited back!
