This year, my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. It came out of nowhere because we have no family history of it. As we go through the journey, we are finding it more important to make sure that everyone is helped. The costs for medicine alone are astronomical, even with insurance. The emotional, financial, and physical toll is a lot on patients. We want to help others who need help and support a search for a cure, better treatment, and early detection.

As a member of this team, we are each playing a part in helping Susan G. Komen® in their  mission to end breast cancer forever.
