My Personal Journey
What does a year of fighting breast cancer look like?
For me, it has meant a stage 3a TNBC diagnosis in February 2024 followed by a grueling schedule of 16 IV chemo sessions, 17 cycles of immunotherapy, and 6 additional cycles of maintenance chemo. I've also had to face four surgeries, with two more scheduled in the coming months. It's a journey filled with so many unknowns and so much physical and emotional strain.
This is why I'm asking for your help. I'm walking in the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk because their work directly impacts people like me. They fund the research that will lead to a cure and provide the essential support that patients need to navigate treatment.
Every tax-deductible donation helps. It means emotional support is available via a helpline. It means financial assistance is there for those who need it. It means people can get help navigating a complex healthcare system.
Your generosity can make a real difference in the lives of those facing a breast cancer diagnosis today. Will you stand with me and donate to my fundraiser?
Let's show EVERY breast cancer patient they're not alone.
