I was diagnosed with breast cancer 4 years ago. I almost canceled my mammogram appointment and am so thankful every day that I didn't. My treatment and recovery was powered by science - science that is supported by organizations like Susan G. Komen.
This year I joined the LA Board of Susan G. Komen and I'm excited to be participating in my third MORE THAN PINK Walk with our amazing Capital Group team. My Capital Group family (and my real family) rallied around me when I was diagnosed and I want to do the same for others.
