This month, our family will be walking in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in honor of our dear friend, Megan.
Earlier this summer, Megan was diagnosed with breast cancer. She recently underwent a double mastectomy and will begin chemotherapy later this week. As a mom to a young boy, she?s facing an incredibly difficult journey with courage and grace ? and we want to do what we can to support her and others walking a similar path.
By joining this walk, our team is helping Susan G. KomenŽ fund critical research for better treatments and provide patient support services ? things like emotional care, financial assistance, and guidance for those navigating a diagnosis.
