My Story
This is my second year walking and raising money for the Susan G. Komen More Than Pink Walk. This hits home for me. I have had two sisters who were diagnosed with breast cancer, one who lost her battle. My niece, Alecia Robinson is the team leader for Hooters' Hope and she is a breast cancer survivor. Additionally, just last fall, I had another niece diagnosed and she is currently a survivor as well, almost a year! I walk for all of my family members as well as many other brave fighters. This year, Hooters Hope has gained three new team members and we are in it to win it! Last year we raised $25,000.00 and our goal is surpass that amount this year. So ATL get ready because Hooters' Hope is coming in strong!!
