It has been 2 years since my life and the lives of my family got turned upside down. I?m your girl when there?s a crisis.. but my diagnosis nearly crushed me. I was strapped into a nightmarish roller coaster. Not in a fun way.

I have been lucky to have a husband who advocates for me and gives me a voice when I can?t find my own, and two resilient kids who put a smile on my face on my darkest days. They are the reason I have the will to fight. I?ve got guardian angels for family and friends, and warriors I meet in support groups.  I can spill all of my unfiltered thoughts to these absolute goddesses without guilt or judgement.

I have found (and lost) myself time and again throughout this journey and I?ve had the pleasure of having amazing support through it all. My darkest clouds can still feel the warmth of the sun because of this. I signed up for the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK walk this year.
