My Story
When people ask me how I felt, the truth is?I was scared and uncertain. All I wanted was the chance to raise my son with the values and beliefs I hold dear. And now, 18 years later, I look at him, a fine young man, and I know I accomplished the greatest goal of my life.
This Saturday, I walk with gratitude, with hope, and with purpose. I walk to honor the journey I?ve been through, and to raise money so that other women can have the same chance to achieve their dreams.
If you are able, I ask you to consider donating?every single amount, no matter how small, makes an impact. And if you cannot donate at this time, I ask something just as meaningful: take one morning or evening in October to lift up a prayer?for a cure, for strength, and for every woman who has faced this battle.
Together, we can be the hope that someone else is praying for.
