My Story
This year, I’m walking in the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk for someone very close to my heart: my mom, a breast cancer survivor.
She faced her diagnosis with incredible strength, underwent a mastectomy, and today, I’m so grateful to say she’s in remission.
Recovery doesn’t end with remission. I’ve seen firsthand how breast cancer affects every layer of a woman’s life - physically, emotionally, financially - and how support during and after treatment can make all the difference.
As a licensed massage therapist and wellness practitioner, I’m especially passionate about post-operative care. Many breast cancer survivors face challenges after mastectomies like lymphedema, which can last long after surgery. I want to support women on the other side of survival, when healing becomes a lifelong journey.
Your donation will help fund research, support services, and critical resources for those going through the hardest moments of their lives. Whether it’s emotional support, financial assistance, or tools to help survivors thrive again, every dollar brings us closer to a world without breast cancer.
If you can, please consider donating today. Walk with me. Stand with survivors. Let’s honor their fight - and support their healing - with every step we take.
