Treasure the Journey- Remembering TJ

Our Story

TJ Bryant was our hero: A loving wife, mother, nana, sister, daughter, aunt, friend and coworker. She survived breast cancer for over 15 years, but gained her wings in May of 2025 from a non-cancerous cause. Our team walks to honor her and offer hope to others that are impacted by breast cancer. TJ worked full time at Walmart through all of her chemo and radiation treatments to support her husband Morgan, and her daughters Desiree, Mandy, and Emily. She never gave up during her treatments, even when it was very hard on her both physically and emotionally. She always found joy in each day, no matter what she faced. We want to remind others that are affected by breast cancer to treasure the journey of life by finding something positive in each day to focus on. Our hero found her joy in Jesus, spending time with family, crafting, thrifting, and watching her favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys. We hope that the story of TJ will provide others who are affected by breast cancer with hope on their journey. Our hero would want you to know that you are not alone, God is with you, and so are your family and friends. No one fights alone!

As a member of this team, we are each playing a part in helping Susan G. KomenŽ in their  mission to end breast cancer forever.

The money our team raises will fund research to discover more effective treatments, as well as vital patient support to help connect people with things like breast cancer education & information, emotional support, patient navigation, financial assistance and so much more.

Ending breast cancer needs all of us. United together, we can support those who need help today, while fearlessly searching for tomorrow's cures.
