My Story
This year marks my 20th year of SURVIVORSHIP. In addition to that LANDMARK, I will also be a speaker at the walk. I asked to do it because since I am a two time survivor, 16 years apart, I want to show how having a POSITIVE ATTITUDE as well as BEING YOUR OWN ADVOCATE can make a difference with your treatment as well as recovery. It's not that I consider myself a public speaker, but I think hearing my story can help people, especially newly diagnosed patients. Like I always say, "I'm here to tell the story", and that is what is most important! That is why I believe in giving back!
Your support helps us get one step closer to a world without breast cancer. Funds raised help support breakthrough research and provide assistance to those facing breast cancer today who need our support. Whether it?s emotional support via Komen?s helpline, financial support through Komen?s financial assistance program, or navigation services to break down barriers to care, Komen will be there for them.
Thank you in advance for your years of help. I appreciate each and every one of you.
In closing, BEST OF HEALTH TO EVERYONE!
All my best............Fran
