For the past 10 years, I have walked in the More Than Pink walk at Six Flags/Great Adventure.  The first year, I walked alone.  Christine joined me year #2 and walked every year - even last year!  Since then our team has always been filled with family and friends.  Each year, we joined together to raise funds to help Susan G Komen with groundbreaking research, provide critical care, and bring hope to those impacted by this disease.  

While we raised a lot of money, we always fell short of the VIP Status ($2500.00).  Every year, we swore that next year would be in the year we made the VIP tent.  

This year, we ARE making the VIP tent.  We are raising the funds and walking to honor all of my friends and family who have faced breast cancer—those who are still fighting, those who have survived, and those we remember with love who lost their battle.
