Demarie is a lululemon Run Ambassador who is passionate about bringing awareness to Breast Cancer and Breast Cancer research. Demarie began her journey in amplifying the breast cancer community years ago when her aunt was diagnosed and lost her 10 year battle with breast cancer. She made a promise to do everything in her power to help bring an end to breast cancer. During her time participating in breast cancer events one of her teammates, Amanda, lost her battle with breast cancer. Amanda was a young beautiful mother who left behind her loving husband and son. This sparked Demarie to want to do more for the beast cancer community. Demarie now walks, trains others, educators other, raises funds, donates platelets monthly and more! All to amplify breast cancer awareness in hopes that we do not loose anymore loved ones. 

Demarie will continue to walk to find a cure and I hope as fellow lemons we can walk with her on the 28th! 

The money our team raises will fund research to discover more effective treatments, as well as vital patient support to help connect people with things like breast cancer education & information, emotional support, patient navigation, financial assistance and so much more.

Ending breast cancer needs all of us. United together, we can support those who need help today, while fearlessly searching for tomorrow's cures.
