The kids and I are taking a walk for my mom/Gigi. We want to share our story, not only to celebrate how lucky we were to know such a caring and loving woman but also to raise awareness and support donations to help find a cure, so others don't have to endure the pain we faced last year. I think about my mom every day and wish I could still call or visit her with her grandkids, grand dog, and daughter-in-law.

I feel truly lucky to have a wonderful family where we can remember her together and know how many people loved and cared for her.
