Joining the Komen community and registering for the Sunsan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK WALK is a full circle moment for me. Back in high school, I walked and volunteered at this event inspired by the strength of others and hopeful for change. In 2024, at age 31, I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer - one of the most aggressive forms - and now I walk as a survivor. I walk for myself, for those still fighting, and for the urgent need for more research and better treatments.
