I have always been a supporter of the Susan G. Komen Foundation since the mid-90's. When I was diagnosed in February 2023 with bilateral breast cancer, the fight became more personal. I am an Advocacy Ambassador and went to DC last year with The Center for Public Policy to push for early screening and policy change. My family and I walk in honor of myself and loved ones who have lost their battle to this awful disease.
