My Story
This year I will be walking as part of the Swagelok team supporting the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk on September 20th. Susan G. Komen's mission is to save lives by meeting the most critical needs in our communities and investing in breakthrough research to prevent and cure breast cancer.
Breast cancer is very personal to me, as I am a 3-year survivor myself who is still currently undergoing cancer treatments. I will be walking for myself and my dear friend Bernie this year. I'm walking to help raise awareness for breast cancer and to support my "Pink Sisters" who are currently fighting for their lives and for the survivors. We all hope to beat the "devil" as I say and kick cancer's ass!
