Team Kelli: 10 Years, One Journey, Countless Blessings
In May of 2014, Kelli McCorvey?s life changed when she was diagnosed with HER2-positive breast cancer. What followed was a battle that tested her physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Brutal chemotherapy, life-threatening blood clots in her heart stemming from the chemotherapy port, and subsequent chest cracking open-heart surgery could have broken her spirit, but instead, her faith made her stronger.
Kelli has always said: Faith is not just a word, it is a lifeline. Her testimony reminds us of Hebrews 11:1: Faith is the substance of things hoped for, thevidence of things not seen. Through every dark moment, it was her faith, her family, and her community that carried her through.
Now, 10 years later, Kelli stands as a survivor, a warrior of faith, and a living testament to God?s grace. She shares:

Today, Kelli is not only alive, she is thriving, teaching, inspiring, and lifting others up with her story. Her faith has become a beacon to her family, her friends, and her community.
To honor this milestone, we are walking as Team Kelli: 10 Years, One Journey, Countless Blessings at the 2025 Susan G. Komen Northeast Ohio More Than Pink Walk. Our goal is to raise $1,000 in honor of Kelli being 10 years cancer-free.
