I and many members of my family are breast cancer survivors. This year I have joined Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk to support breast cancer research.

I have faced cancer twice and the difference research makes is HUGE.  Decision making with breast cancer is guided by research and there is consensus for a path forward.  My second cancer is a rare cancer with very little research and doctors with differing opinions regarding treatment.  The most prescribed drug is prescribed off-label.  My best source of information is a Facebook support group.
