My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this year. After all the years of my mom going above and beyond for me I was determined to be there for her. My mother is the kind of  lady that lights up a room, and that everyone knows her name. She is beautiful and strong, and even after all these hectic doctors appointments and tears she remains powerful. She is my personal hero and role model and when she asked me to walk the Susan G Komen walk for breast cancer it was a no brainer. I am excited and greatful to raise money and show support for a group that helped my mom so much.
