Life has been a crazy journey since my cancer diagnosis.  I found out during Covid that I had stage 3A Breast Cancer.  After heavy Chemotherapy followed by Radiation the breast cancer was gone but they found unrelated lung cancer.  Another surgery and that was removed.  Now on to the healing journey which has been harder than I ever anticipated.  I am joining this walk as a symbol to myself of what I have overcome.  I am a survivor!  I could not have made it through this journey with the love and support that surrounded me from every direction.  Just like it takes a village to raise a child I believe it takes a village to survive cancer.  I am not physically prepared for this walk but I will persevere as I am determined to keep pushing past any boundaries put in my way.
