I was diagnosed with triple negative ductal breast cancer on 10-1-2024, what a way to start Breast Cancer Awareness Month...right! I had a double mastectomy with a flat aesthetic closure on 10-25-2024. My surgery was considered curative, however, my oncologist is recommending 4 treatments of TC chemo as an adjuvant therapy because triple negative cancer doesn't respond to hormonal therapy. 

I am grateful and blessed that my cancer was caught early, or my story would be very different.  Please consider joining my team to raise awareness for women not as fortunate as myself.
