When I was in third grade, I lost my mother to breast cancer.  Since then, 6 other women in my family have been impacted by this disease.  In my mother's memory and in celebration of the women in my family, I joined the ONE Komen community and registered for the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk.  

It seems nearly everyone knows someone whose life has been touched by breast cancer.  This is why we need to keep up the fight -- and why I'm participating in this year's MORE THAN PINK Walk.
