From Christine - "They say lightning doesn’t strike twice but breast cancer does. Thankfully I kicked its butt twice. I was so fortunate to catch it early both times. I’m very grateful for my amazing medical team & the wonderful support of family & friends. Not everyone is as fortunate as me. This is my work teams third year walking in the More Than Pink walk." 

From Christy- ​"I want to express the importance of Breast Self Exams (BSE)! Please perform a BSE monthly. Everyone. Know your body. Don’t skip routine screenings. My family does not have a history of breast cancer on my mom's or dad’s side."

This is the 3rd year Team Brasecutors Against Cancer will be participating in the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK WALK. The team members are employees of the CA Attorney General’s Office along with their family and friends who support Komen's ONE mission of ending breast cancer forever.

The money raised will fund research to discover more effective treatments, as well as vital patient support to help connect people with things like breast cancer screenings, diagnostics, treatment assistance and so much more.

We're stronger together.  United as ONE, we can support those who need help today, while fearlessly searching for tomorrow's cures.
