If you have found your way to this page, you probably already know my stupid, but successful cancer story. If not, here goes. In July 2022, I was diagnosed with stupid breast cancer. I then got the full treatment package with 4 months of chemo, a surgery and radiation. I had the wonderful benefit of the non-stop, continued support of an enormous group of family, friends and co-workers. Because we caught my stupid cancer early, we kicked its Evil F'n Ass in 10 months. I have to feel like the not-excessively-torturous- treatments I received came to be in part due to research funded by organizations like Susan G. Komen. I just want to do my part in keeping that researching moving forward.
I enthusiastically invite you to join me when I walk on Nov 3rd.
I am super lucky to know & care about you all & I take every chance to create opportunities to spend time with you.
If you're not able to walk, of course, a donation would be great.
Your support helps us get one step closer to a world without breast cancer. Funds raised help support breakthrough research and provide assistance to those facing breast cancer today who need our support. Whether it’s emotional support via Komen’s helpline, financial support through Komen’s financial assistance program, or navigation services to break down barriers to care, Komen will be there for them.
Ending breast cancer needs all of us, and your generosity can make a real difference. Together, let’s show breast cancer patients there’s a whole community standing by their side.
Will you please join me in this fight by making your donation today?
