Devon fought her battle head on, never complaining. During last year’s walk, she was so moved and inspired by the women who spoke. Particularly a few young mothers, like herself, living with metastatic breast cancer. It was a cold rainy day, and Devon did not complain once. Just shining her big beautiful smile the whole way through. Actually, she never complained during her courageous nine month battle. She endured so much in that short but long time, always saying, “I’m good,” l’m ok!” We know she’ll be there walking along side of us. Please come join our team, Dev’s Dirty Dozen, and celebrate our angel. And if you can’t make it, please take a minute out of the day to remember our girl, and all of the other women dealing with this horrible disease and those we’ve also lost.
