Hello Friends and Family,

On October 26th, I will be walking in Komen's More Than Pink Walk.  I first participated in this event in 2005, 6 months after I had been diagnosed with breast cancer.  Now after participating each year, I am amazed at the support that Komen does to raise awareness, provide support for early detection, support those battling breast cancer, and work to fund research to improve treatment and find a cure for breast cancer!  Please consider making a donation to help Komen provide this awesome support.

Date: The event will be Saturday, October 26th.

Time: Site Opens at 7:00 am and walk begins at 9:00 am

Walk: The walk is one mile.

Location: Symphony Park at SouthPark Mall

Fee: There is not a registration fee for participants.  

Please remember to stay healthy by keeping your annual doctor appointments, women 40 years old or older get annual mammograms, and conduct monthly breast exams... Early Detection Saves Lives!!
