In March 2023, I received the words no one ever wants to hear: you have breast cancer. Thanks to my amazing medical team and advances that have already been made, I sit here today, cancer free. I couldn’t be more grateful. BUT… this disease still claims too many lives and creates too much suffering. So please, please, help me raise money to help fund more research to find a cure and to help those going through the awful journey I went through just one year ago.
Last year, I participated in the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk on the one-month anniversary of my final surgery. Komen is doing great work to end breast cancer forever, and I’m walking again to support them.
