My Story
This year, I joined the OKC Komen community and registered for the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk. As some of you know I had breast cancer when I was 32 years old and have spent the last 34 years cancer free. This past July I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer and now I am on a new journey to wellness.
My sweet niece, Amanda, has coordinated and put together a family team to walk in the OKC More Than Pink Walk and we are Team “Ter’s Troops”. It has been a few years since I have walked (with many of you along) in a Komen Walk. This one will be probably my biggest challenge yet!
