Batool's Story
I have been neglecting Komen community since 2011, the 5 year mark when my mother in law was declared cancer free after her original diagnosis, surgery, radiation and tamoxifen. Stage 0 so we all thought we kicked it. Then this year happened. Double mastectomy. Possible metastatic disease. Port-a-cath, Chemo.

I should not have turned my back on this cancer and in this organization. I am registered for the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk. She will be bravely walking alongside me a mere 4 weeks from her surgery. I have renewed dedication to Komen's mission of ending breast cancer forever, and I need your help.
