Four years back, when I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I realised the importance of timely access to health resources as well as the support of my family. Unfortunately, not everyone fighting cancer has the same kind of support, let alone access to basic healthcare.

This year I have registered and formed a team fundraiser (EmBRaCe) for the Susan G Komen MORE THAN PINK walk to support our fight against breast cancer. 

My sincere hope is that through this fundraiser we are able to reach a wider audience to increase awareness of this disease. I believe that no one should be deprived of their basic right to healthcare, regardless of their socioeconomic status.
