This October I will be participating in The Susan Komen cancer walk for my sister Alison. Back in Feb she was diagnosed with early stage breast cancer. And since then, she has undergone major surgery, and just recently completed 12 weeks of chemotherapy. Her treatment plan requires 9 more months of medication, and another surgery, but her prognosis is very good, and for that we are thankful and blessed.
