In November 2023, I received the difficult news that I had stage 2 breast cancer. At first, it felt like my world was falling apart. I was filled with fear and worry about what was to come. But with the support of a wonderful medical team, I went through chemotherapy and had a lumpectomy.

So far, the treatment has gone really well, and I’m hopeful that I’ll soon be a breast cancer survivor. I want to say a heartfelt thank you to all my family and friends for their love and support. Your kindness has made this tough journey seem easier.

Most of all, I’m grateful to God for giving me the strength to face this challenge. This experience has shown me that even in the hardest times, there is hope and support.

 I’m sharing my story to offer encouragement to others who are going through similar struggles. Together, we can find strength and hope.

En noviembre de 2023, recibí la difícil noticia de que tenía cáncer de seno en etapa 2. Al principio, sentí que mi mundo se derrumbaba. Estaba llena de miedo y preocupación por lo que vendría. Pero con el apoyo de un gran equipo médico, pasé por quimioterapia y me realizaron una lumpectomía.

Hasta ahora, el tratamiento ha ido muy bien, y tengo la esperanza de que pronto seré una sobreviviente del cáncer de seno. Quiero dar un agradecimiento sincero a toda mi familia y amigos por su amor y apoyo. Su amabilidad ha hecho que este difícil camino sea más facil.

Sobre todo, estoy agradecida a Dios por darme la fuerza para enfrentar este desafío. Esta experiencia me ha mostrado que, incluso en los momentos más duros, hay esperanza y apoyo.

Comparto mi historia para ofrecer ánimo a otros que están pasando por luchas similares. Juntos, podemos encontrar fuerza y esperanza.
