One of my many "why's"
Once again, I joined the Komen community and registered for the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk. It has been 18 years since my mom (Carole Rae Kramer) passed from breast cancer at 73 years old. I miss her every day and wish I'd had more time with her.

Komen has been been instrumental in reducing the breast cancer mortality rate by 44% since 1989. Our work is not done and statistics show that the rate of breast cancer is increasing in younger women. We must stay vigilant!
