Feb 2020, I went for a routine mammogram and in May of 2020 was diagnosed with breast cancer. It was a late diagnosis because there were delays due to COVID. Thankfully, I was taken care of by the UCLA medical team and underwent the initial surgery, chemo, and reconstruction that same year, with the support of my friends and family, today, I'm a 4-year breast cancer survivor.

This year, I've rejoined the Komen community and registered for the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk. I'm committed to their mission of ending breast cancer and need your help. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to support my fundraising efforts.
