My 2024 Story
Dear family and friends,
It is hard to believe that it was 18 years ago that I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I have enjoyed these past 18 years with family and friends because it was made possible by my early diagnosis and successful treatment of breast cancer 18 years ago this year.
I am truly grateful to be participating in this year's Susan G. Komen Vermont MORE THAN PINK Walk. This event strives to make women aware of how important mammograms, breast self-exams, and early detection of breast cancer is to women’s Health.
This year our event will be on Saturday, October 5, 2024. It will be held at Northshire Civic Center - Riley Rink at Hunter Park in Manchester, VT. The Walk begins at 9:30am and we are excited to be back walking with all the supporting teams in person on that day.
I am thankful that I can count on your support this year. Remember, every dollar gets us closer to our goal!
