My Story
As many of you know in Jan of 21’ after my annual mammogram I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. The began journey from that day forward . Started with meeting with my WONDERFUL team of doctors to biopsy #1 - biopsy #2 - MRI to the BIG day March 21st surgery day where I underwent a lumpectomy to remove the cancer - followed up with 20 rounds of radiation with my final one in July. Along the way I was blessed with rhe BEST support team ever!! Please be sure to get those annual mammograms I never would have thought from one year to the next I would be diagnosed with cancer
As of Jan 24’ I’m proud to be a 3 year survivor who will always bring awareness and be here for anyone who needs someone who has traveled this journey
Again this year, I joined the Komen community and registered for the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk. I am dedicated to Komen's mission of ending breast cancer forever, and I need your help. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation today in support of my fundraising efforts.
Your support helps us get one step closer to a world without breast cancer. Funds raised help support breakthrough research and provide assistance to those facing breast cancer today who need our support. Whether it’s emotional support via Komen’s helpline, financial support through Komen’s financial assistance program, or navigation services to break down barriers to care, Komen will be there for them.
Ending breast cancer needs all of us, and your generosity can make a real difference. Together, let’s show breast cancer patients there’s a whole community standing by their side.
Will you please join me in this fight by making your donation today?
