On June 7, 2022, after an aerobic swim class, I took off my bathing suit and the tumor popped up on the left breast! As you can imagine, I was in shock. I went to the doctor the following day, had a mammogram on June 10th and a biopsy on June 13th.  A few days later, the results were in and I had breast cancer. I was determined to fight this beast.

After six rounds of chemotherapy, lumpectomy, and 20 rounds of radiation I am cancer free.  I was cancer free at surgery on December 15, 2022. 

I want to spread hope to everyone fighting this disease. Together, we can fight cancer!
