Warrior Chief (a/k/a Julie Hahn) 10 1/2 years a Survivor!
This is the 11th year that I am participating in the Susan G Komen More Than Pink Walk. Why do I walk? I walk to celebrate another year being cancer-free, I walk for my sister Susie who was also diagnosed with breast cancer (twice!), I walk for friends, relatives, and neighbors who have been diagnosed with this disease, and I walk in memory of friends - Kim, Sherri, and Julie G. who unfortunately lost their battles with breast cancer. But most importantly, I walk to raise funds to be used for research to eradicate breast cancer from this earth!

Over my years of participation in the More Than Pink Walk, I have taken on the moniker of "Warrior Chief" since I felt like a "warrior" as I fought through my surgeries and treatment for breast cancer. I now feel like a "warrior" in doing my best to fundraise for Susan G. Komen. This IS a battle and I AM a "Warrior"!!!
