Our Story

Our beautiful Mother went to be with our Lord and Savior on August 6th, 2024. We are walking in honor of her.

This was her obituary and then her eulogy that was read at her celebration of life.

Obituary- Carla Varga, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully on a Tuesday, August 6th, 2024 in Independence, OH. She was born on December 10, 1963, and dedicated her life to her family and her personal relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Carla's family was her greatest treasure. She was married to Russell on December 12th, 1981, and they shared a beautiful journey together. Carla was a loving and nurturing mother to her daughters, Terah (Brandon Sr.), Katie (Tony Sr.), and Emily. Her legacy extends to her cherished grandchildren, Kaydence, Brandon Jr., Vinny, Alex, Kristen, Anthony Jr., Brandon, Justin, Frankie, Dominic, and great-grandson Kayden.

In addition to her immediate family, Carla is survived by her sister Karen (Nick Sr.) and brother Bill (Donna) and their children, who will deeply miss her presence. She had an infectious smile that could brighten any room and a passion for prayer that was truly beautiful.

Carla's impact extended beyond her family. As the founder of the Four Keys International Network, she touched the lives of many through her dedication to helping others and sharing her faith.

She will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. May her soul find eternal peace in the embrace of the Lord she loved so dearly.

Eulogy- Ladies and gentlemen, we gather here today to celebrate, remember, and reflect on the life of a remarkable woman, our mother, Carla. While today might seem like a day of mourning, I also see it as a day of celebration—a celebration of a life so beautifully lived, so passionately devoted to faith, family, and friends, that its echo will reverberate in our hearts for eternity.

Carla, a woman who embodied the very essence of strength, love, and devotion. As we say goodbye to this remarkable individual, we remember her unwavering commitment to her faith, her family, and her community.

Carla was a shining example of what it means to be a woman of God. Her love for Jesus was contagious, and she spread His message of hope and redemption wherever she went. Whether in her role as a worship leader, a prayer warrior, or simply as a friend, Carla's passion for sharing the Gospel was inspiring to all who knew her.

But Carla's impact went far beyond her spiritual pursuits. She was a loyal and dedicated wife, mother, sister, cousin, aunt, grandmother, and friend. Her family was her rock, and she was always there to offer a listening ear, a comforting word, or a helping hand. Her infectious smile and joyful laugh could light up a room, and her presence was a blessing to all who knew her.

As the founder of 4 Keys International Network, Carla's vision and leadership inspired countless individuals to deepen their faith and pursue their passions. As a chaplain for over a decade, she brought comfort and solace to those in need, offering a steady hand and a compassionate heart.

One little memory about our mom was whenever she completed a task or simply put something away, she would say "okay" with a sense of satisfaction and contentment. (Give a small funny example of how she would do it)

This was actually a generational characteristic that was handed down to all of us.

And then, of course, there were the YaYas – a group of prayer warriors who, at Carla's request, would rally around those in need of prayer and support. It was a testament to her faith and her trust in the power of prayer that she would call upon her friends and family to join her in lifting up others.

As we say goodbye to Carla, we remember her courage, her loyalty, and her unwavering commitment to her faith and her loved ones. We celebrate her life, her legacy, and the countless lives she touched along the way. And we take comfort in the knowledge that her spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us, even as we mourn her passing.

Someone once said "I don’t understand life or why God takes the ones that we think deserves to live." This is the hardest part of faith for most people. And our mother had away of explaining things so elegantly, and I can only pray that one day all of us will be able to have that touch as she once did.

Rest in peace, dear our dear mother. Your "okay" may be silent now, but your impact will be felt for generations to come.

Well done you good and faithful servant. Well done. Until we meet again. We love you mom. Arrivederci
