I was diagnosed with invasive lobular carcinoma on December 16, 2022. I had a double mastectomy on March 16, 2023. My second surgery to remove expanders and place implants was on November 2023. I was extremely lucky and did not need any other treatment. March 16, 2024 was my one year cancer free mark!
