About 10 years ago, I remember receiving some shocking news… I was told I had breast cancer. I remember having two lumpectomies…a second opinion …and a third opinion. I remember being told at a highly respectable cancer hospital in NYC that I did not have to have a mastectomy or chemotherapy … but, I needed 30 sessions of radiation because my cancer was early detection. I remember being told in March 2016 that I was “cancer free”! Hallelujah! God helped me to “Walk by Faith …and not by sight”. Throughout my cancer walk, I felt an overwhelming sense of peace. I knew God was with me …guiding me …as He continues to do today!
As a member of this team, we are each playing a part in helping Susan G. Komen® in their mission to end breast cancer forever.
The money our team raises will fund research to discover more effective treatments, as well as vital patient support to help connect people with things like breast cancer education & information, emotional support, patient navigation, financial assistance and so much more.
Ending breast cancer needs all of us. United together, we can support those who need help today, while fearlessly searching for tomorrow's cures.
Please join us in this fight by making your donation today?
