Sarah Lynne Stem, 44, of Batavia, OH, passed away February 13, 2024. Sarah was born June 27, 1979, in Seattle, WA. 

Sarah's memory will forever be cherished by her husband, Joe, her children, Leo and Jackson, her father, William A. Patterson, and her mother, Jill (nee Frischhertz) Patterson. She also leaves behind her beloved siblings, Kelly Patterson and Scott (Melissa) Patterson, along with her grandparents, Rev. William G. and Helene Patterson. Sarah was a loving aunt and is survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews, and many cousins who will dearly miss her presence and guidance.

Sarah made everyone love life as much as she did. She graduated from Akron St. Vincent St. Mary High School and the University of Cincinnati majoring in History. She was an avid outdoors person who loved biking, hiking, swimming, gardening, and most of all helping others. She was an advocate for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati and sponsored several children. Her pets, 3 dogs and a mean cat, were the loves of her life. She excelled at Sales in the medical field and helped to build the company her and Husband, Joe, co-founded. She was a member of Cincinnati's Junior League and a pillar of strength to women in business in the community and beyond. Sarah has been so impactful to everyone she met and has left a legacy of faith, strong spirit, and will of living life to the fullest to all of us.
