Breast cancer affects far too many women and families. Black Dog’s mission is to promote healthy lifestyle choices through vigorous, functional workouts and nutrition education while raising awareness and funds. We encourage people to get outdoors, move, and train their whole body. Tire flips, drags, strikes and other compound movements engage the entire body while building strength and conditioning.

There’s no guaranteed way to prevent  cancer, but staying active and choosing nutritious whole foods can help reduce the risk while supporting overall health and well-being.
