Liza is fundraising for breast cancer research as it is a cause that is important to her and our family. Liza's great grandmother, Shirley Kimmel, tragically died from breast cancer at age 56. Due to advancements in breast cancer screening and treatment, Liza's godmother, Aunt Kim von der Lieth, is a breast cancer survivor. 1 in 8 women in the U.S. will be impacted by breast cancer in their lifetime, which is why we are supporting Komen’s vision of a world without breast cancer.
