Last year our dear cousin, Lena, an amazing daughter, sister, wife, and mother went to be with the Lord, after fighting breast cancer. All who knew her were touched by her courage, quiet resilience, and the thoughtful way she cared for everyone around her.

This year our amazing friend, Kerry, a woman who loved her family and community and fought under the mantra "Faith over Fear" until the very last moment, left this world just a short two months ago.  

Both of these women lived each day to the fullest, finding joy in their loved ones, and trusting God with each moment they had. 

Their lives have impacted and inspired me to find joy and gratitude each day.
