In conjunction with National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, The University of Houston Cougars are hosting a Pink Out match vs. University of Texas on Sunday, October 15th.
1 in 8 women in the United States will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime. Every two minutes, 1 case of breast cancer is diagnosed in the U.S. Houston Cougars Soccer want to help raise awareness and support Komen’s vision of a world without breast cancer. As the world’s largest and most impactful breast cancer organization, Susan G. Komen supports more breast cancer research than any other nonprofit outside the U.S. government, while providing real-time help to those facing the disease.
