According to the American Cancer Society, 1 in 8 women in the U.S. will be impacted by breast cancer in their lifetime, with 1 in 39 succumbing to the disease.

Sadly on July 15th, after several years of treatments and interventions, Rita Mae Rowland passed away from metastatic stage 4 breast cancer.

As an alternative to flowers, donations can be made in memory of Rita Mae to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

Thank you for helping celebrate Rita Mae's life. God-willing, a cure can be found to end breast cancer forever.
