We want to help Susan G. Komen save lives and end breast cancer forever. 1 in 8 women in the U.S. will be impacted by breast cancer in their lifetime, which is why I’m
fundraising to help support Komen’s vision of a world without breast cancer.
As the world’s largest and most impactful breast cancer organization, Susan G. Komen
supports more breast cancer research than any other nonprofit outside the U.S.
government, while providing real-time help to those facing the disease.
This year the Simon Baruch PE Dept. will be raising breast cancer awareness through our Pacer Test renamed Pink for Pacer! Please donate and support our runners as we race to bring awareness to a cancer that affects all people. In the beginning of November our students will be running our Pink for Pacer Run as the culminating event of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This run will help our students celebrate the contributions the school community has made to the on going fight in bringing further awareness to the cause! Send the link to your friends and family if you would like to spread the word and help us reach and surpass our donation goal!
